I feel strangely disconnected from what the Goth (deathrock) community has turned into. It really seems that it is a Catholic Backlash encounter group where as it use to be home for a Transexual Pagan Freak such as my self. It is wonderfull that your site is preserving a subculture I so dearly love.

Hi Ryan! Yes, we're here in the U.S. And it's reallz a big big country. I use this website very often to find out where are the best places to go. So we found the wonderfull Southstreet in Philadelphia. Thanks a lot for this great page. By the way, we saw APB and VNV on Wednesday in Philadelphia (the concert in Washington was cancelled - the stage was to small)- it was a great show and talked to Ronan several times He is really a nice guy. I stumbled onto this page completly by accident while looking for a particular poetic Japanese model named mari mari, but as long as I'm here, and seeing as everyone here is apparently into goth, I would just like to recommend to you Poppy Z. Brite's fantastic debut novel, "Lost Souls", as well as her more contemporary novels, all of which have to qualify for the best goth literature I've read (and admittedly that's not saying much). I don't think you'll be sorry...
