Who presses all those bootleg CD's? In North America, a firm can be held
liable for anything they copy, hence an unwillingness to pre-master things
unless they know for sure that they're covered. I actually have a couple
of boots mastered by NIMBUS (or so they say...). Are laws/stringency
different in Europe?
Where do these people go, to get a CD made?
