Internet Scam and Subsequent Flame

Personally, I think the poster of the Internet Scam Warning was just
trying to be helpful and was probably concerned about people on the list.
The volume of mail on this particular list isn't heavy enough that I think
we need to totally discourage Good Samaritans from posting such things.
It may not have been thoroughly researched as our moderator pointed out,
but I think the person had the best of intentions -- give him a break.
